Hi Trikke Roadster Fans!
I'm going to be starting a daily fitness blog here, including breakdowns on how to get in shape for summer (yes, you can build killer legs, abs, shoulders, arms and butt with the Trikke Roadster).
Also: Look for an upcoming Flash-video trainer. You'll be able to see exactly HOW to get results in each muscle group, and what I do to maintain a year-round 200lbs (I'm 6'3" and that's my peak fitness weight).
Let me know your thoughts, and please feel free to email me directly with your questions. I'll share them here, and in the upcoming ebook.
Keep Swerving!

I got a trikke a few weeks ago and noticed that on even a slight incline or into the wind they don't work so hot, I try and try to even do different motions and it will not get going, so, yes when they do go you get a good workout, especially the calves, but don't expect greatness if it isn't flat or paved good!

Fantastic, Jeff and Heather.
Let me know what kinds of success you're experiencing. We're doing video production of some new training materials in the coming weeks, and will make sure to put a link on this site as well.
Enjoy! And let me know if you need any help in figuring how to speed, how to climb hills, etc... we do it all here, daily!
Best,
ME

Hi Jeff & Heather,
yes, we're back on track with the Trikke 12 Blog... I also run a couple of software firms and a consultancy, so over the last year it's been a wonderfully wild ride!
The Flash trainer will be cool for you, showing how to really train each separate muscle group.
You might have missed the LA Marathon but you can certainly make the Rosarito-Ensenada. It's a phenomenal ride, and a lot of fun. My best tme so far was just over 4:15 for the 50 miles.
Anjoy, and please share your progress as well!
Happy Swerving!

Great blog! Hope you add more and more to it with time!
Wife and I just purchased our first Trikkes. We should be out riding them this weekend for the first time (in transit via FedEx).
Happy Trikkin'
